-What does your gut instinct tell you about this decision?
-What do you want your result to be? How can you make a decision that leads you to your intentional result?
-What are thoughts and feelings behind this decision? Do a thought download and a couple models to sparse out the pairs.Â
-Does your choice align with your sacred values?
-What is your final decision?
-Do you like your reasons for this choice? Why or why not?
-What will be required of you on the path to this choice?
-What identities or stories about yourself will drop on this path to your result?

Steps to managing your time in a way that is honoring to you.
1. Choose a time in the day before your week gets going. Ex. If your week starts strong on Monday, calendar an hour on Sunday to reflect on past week (wins and loose ends), and to plan the following week.
2. Choose one of the 5 realms to focus on for you and BEGIN to calendar time in for those pursuits. Ex. If spiritual is where you want to put more attention, try calendaring in 20 min of daily meditation. THEN put in your obligations like work, family, etc. Your brain will likely resit putting yourself first. Think of this is as the biggest gift you could ever give yourself and the people around you.
3. Make sure there is plenty of white space in between activities so you aren't feeling rushed.Â

"
The first hour meeting with Hillary, I learned more about my cycles, what I could do to rebalance them, and what was within my control that would actually move my fertility forward naturally than I have learned in months at doctors appointments and late night googling. For the first time since setting out to start a family 2 years ago, I am excited to try to conceive because I feel like a have an actual plan that is doable and I know what to look for and where to go if I feel off track.Â
